I haven’t made this as yet but I ate it at a reastraunt last night and carefully identified the ingredients as I ate it so that I could try and recreate it. I will let you know how it goes and post a recipie when I figure it out.
Chick Peas/Garbonzo Beans
Tomatoes diced up into small cubes 1/4 inch?
Tomato paste to thicken
Red Bell Pepper diced up small
Zucchini diced up in small cubes
Celery diced up small
Onion cut up diced large to medium size
Carrots Diced up in large to medium chunks
Green Chiles Peppers 2 or 3 diced up small
Jalapeño Peppers 3 or 4 diced up small
Cilantro diced up small
garlic minced or pressed
vegetable bullion or broth
very finely chopped mushrooms for deep flavor
dark brown sugar
Olive or canola oil
some of these were identifieable while some of them were guessed at because of the type of soup it is.
